1. Introduction

LookArt.ai ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules governing your use of the Services.

By using LookArt.ai, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, and we may report illegal activity to authorities.

This AUP applies to all Users, including free and paid subscribers, and covers all Content created, uploaded, or shared through the Platform.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LookArt.ai to engage in or facilitate any of the following activities:

2.1 Illegal Activity

  • Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to laws related to fraud, terrorism, money laundering, or human trafficking.
  • Uploading, creating, or distributing content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.

2.2 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Uploading or using Content (including images, videos, or text) that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Attempting to generate outputs that copy or mimic copyrighted characters, logos, or proprietary designs without authorization.
  • Using the Platform to create unauthorized derivative works.

2.3 Harmful or Offensive Content

  • Explicit Sexual Content: Creating, uploading, or sharing pornography, sexually explicit images, or nudity (strictly prohibited).
  • Child Safety: Any content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or harmful contexts (zero tolerance; violations will be reported to authorities).
  • Violence and Gore: Content depicting graphic violence, torture, or extreme gore intended to shock or harm.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Harassment and Bullying: Content intended to harass, intimidate, threaten, or bully individuals or groups.

2.4 Deceptive Practices

  • Deepfakes and Impersonation: Creating misleading or deceptive content, including deepfakes that impersonate real individuals without consent, or content intended to deceive or defraud.
  • Misinformation: Generating content designed to spread false information, manipulate public opinion, or interfere with democratic processes (e.g., election misinformation).
  • Phishing and Fraud: Using the Platform to facilitate phishing schemes, identity theft, or financial fraud.

2.5 Privacy Violations

  • Uploading images or videos of individuals without their consent, in violation of privacy or publicity rights.
  • Sharing personally identifiable information (PII) of others without authorization.

2.6 Abuse of Platform and Resources

  • System Abuse: Attempting to overload, disrupt, or damage the Platform's infrastructure, including denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
  • Unauthorized Access: Hacking, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass security measures.
  • Automated Abuse: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or abuse the Services without authorization.
  • Circumventing Limits: Creating multiple accounts or using other means to circumvent usage limits, trial periods, or payment obligations.

2.7 Malware and Malicious Code

  • Uploading files containing viruses, malware, spyware, or any code intended to damage or compromise systems.

2.8 Unauthorized Commercial Use

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Services without a written agreement.
  • Using the Platform for commercial purposes that violate our Terms (e.g., mass generation for unauthorized commercial sale).

2.9 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Using the Platform to send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or bulk communications.

3. Content Standards

All Content created, uploaded, or shared on LookArt.ai must:

  • Be Lawful: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect Rights: Not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
  • Be Respectful: Not contain hate speech, harassment, or content intended to harm others.
  • Be Safe: Not contain explicit sexual content, violence, or content harmful to minors.
  • Be Authentic: Not be misleading, deceptive, or intended to impersonate or deceive.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any Content that violates these standards, whether flagged by users or detected by automated systems.

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

  • Content Removal: We may remove any Content that violates this AUP without prior notice.
  • Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and request that you cease the violating activity.
  • Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of your Account and access to the Services.
  • Account Termination: Permanent termination of your Account for serious or repeated violations. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
  • Legal Action: For illegal activity, we reserve the right to report violations to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations. We may also pursue legal action to recover damages.
  • IP Bans: In cases of severe abuse, we may ban your IP address or device from accessing the Platform.

Enforcement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may be influenced by factors such as the severity of the violation, intent, and history of prior violations.

You may appeal an enforcement action by contacting support@lookart.ai with details of your case. Appeals will be reviewed, but our decision is final.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter Content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

  • Include: A description of the violation, the username or Account involved (if known), URLs or screenshots (if applicable), and any other relevant information.

We may request additional information from you to investigate the report. Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team, and appropriate action will be taken.

Note: False or malicious reports intended to harass other users may result in action against your own Account.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or community standards. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
